- Various Committees for Child and Youth Welfare–meet regularly to track and review activities:
- Education Committee
- Admission Committee
- Management Committee
- Progress Review Committee
- Largely volunteer driven
- Only 2 full time and 2 part time paid employees (Superintendent/ Supervisor/ cooks at Tarun Sadan)
- Work on a minimal overheads structure – maximum funds are directed towards the beneficiaries
- Largely consensus driven
- Strives to develop beneficiaries as volunteers
