Tarun Sadan, Vinimay Trust’s hostel for destitute boys leaving from Child Care Institutions (CCIs), was inaugurated in 1999, and completed 25 years in 2024 May. Vinimay Trust celebrated this special occasion with all the donors, well-wishers, collaborators, volunteers and the former and current beneficiaries of Tarun Sadan.

For convenience, the program was divided to three events, catering to three different audiences.

1. Discussion meeting with Collaborators, i.e., CCIs and other NGOs on 3rd May in Tarun Sadan.










2. Meeting with the donors, volunteers and well-wishers on 1st June at Maheshwari Bhavan, Koparkhairne.



















3. Celebration of silver jubilee of Tarun Sadan with its current and the past beneficiaries along with their families on 2nd June at Maheshwari Bhavan, Koparkhairne

In this process, we had connected with more than 260 of Tarun Sadan’s ex-beneficiaries, of which about 70 were married and settled with family. The 42 years’ journey of Vinimay Trust, along with the unique and inspiring journeys of some of the beneficiaries were shared with the audiences. The meetings were followed by lunch / dinner time, made memorable with delicious food and equally refreshing and exciting interactions of the participants, sharing of memories, rediscovering and reconnecting.

Coming together and the story sharing was a very emotional experience to all those attended, which further reassured and energized all of us to continue the good work with increased zest and dedication
